Matt rejoined the club this season as player manager following previous spells as both a player and manager at the club over the last 12 years. A UEFA -A- licenced coach who works as Head of Football at the University of Bath, he has also managed Weymouth FC in the Conference South league. A former professional footballer with Bristol City, Matt has also represented the Southern League representative team and England Schoolboys. As a player Matt won the Southern League South & West title with Weymouth as well as two promotions with Longwell Green from the Bristol Premier and Gloucestershire County League.
